On 15 december 1960 the Diademe of the Provinces made a re-appearance after 25 years. On that day in 1960, Dona Fabiola de Mora y Aragon married HM King Boudewijn and became Queen of Belgium!
PS: I now realise for the first time that the earrings worn by HM Queen Fabiola looks a bit of the earrings worn by HRH Princess Claire.
