In the book "CARTIER" by Hans Nadelhoffer (1984) there is a list of orders made by famous and Royal clients of Cartier, and there is also one from Queen Sophia of Greece, who bought a diamonds arrowhead brooch.

I have never seen Queen Sophia wearing it, but her daughter, HM the Queen of Romania, Helen, wore it several times on her hat.
