I only know it is "the small floral diadem" from the collection of the House Nassau (Luxembourg) and was worn by a number of brides. I agree the bride looked wonderful. The famous Place Stanislas was full with people cheering the couple. It seemed the Archduchess paid homage to the Ducs de Lorraine, forebearers of her spouse in Nancy, by offering her brideal bouquet. Nancy is also the place where Archduke Otto of Austria married Princess Regina of Sachsen-Meiningen. A symbolical place. Today the wedding was held in the Basilique Saint-Epvre. A bit a remarkable choice as Archduke Otto and Princess Regina married in the Église des Cordeliers, located near the former Palais des Ducs de Lorraine. It served as the regular chapel and also as mortuary of the Ducs de Lorraine.
