They used to publish this list online at the website of Buckingham Palace, now it appears it is only released to the press.
Clarence House has published similar lists for the Prince of Wales, Duchess of Cornwall, Duke and Duchess of Cambridge and Prince Henry of Wales:

The Duchess of Cornwall received a necklace from an individual in Australia, and five brooches: from the Premier of New South Wales, from the Australian Monarchist League, from two unidentified individuals in Australia, and from the Prime Minister of Papua New Guinea.
The Duchess of Cambridge received a brooch from an unidentified individual in Singapore, a pendant necklace from an unidentified individual in the Solomon Islands, and unspecified jewellery from the Minister of Home Affairs in Malaysia, and from unidentified individuals in Singapore, and in the Solomon Islands.
