Firstly, I found another report that said the World's Fair in Chicago happened in 1893, not 1898.
Secondly, Dmitry, I assume you mean this "impressive necklace to match this tiara" necklace as shown here in this newspaper article from "The Sun" (NYC, NY) dated November 30, 1919? Please note the brooch on the front. Isn't it the same one as the choker pendant in my first post?
