Not John R but answering your question anyway. It's a picture of the prewedding celebrations of Beatrix and Claus. Armgard wore the pearl button tiara that she loaned from her daughter-in-law Queen Juliana. Armgard wore a different smaller pearl tiara for the Silver Wedding of her oldest son, that i have never seen appear anywhere else.
