Proper address for couple Archived Message

I have been wondering about this just like the title of post. I know Willem-Alexander is King of the Netherlands, but Queen Maxima is Princess of the Netherlands and not Queen of the Netherlands (since this title refers to the monarch). When they are jointly referred to, would they be addressed/written about as Their Majesties The King of the Netherlands and Queen? Or is it correct to say, Their Majesties The King and Queen of the Netherlands, as long as King is present, since that means the King is the monarch. So by herself, she is addressed/written about as Her Majesty Queen Maxima. Hope someone can explain.
