Ok. Your friend might still need help with some steps in detail. If so, more detail can be added, such as -
Copy that string of image code. Open a new browser window. Post the string in the long url or location field. Hit Return or Enter. Image is displayed. Hover over image to get the zoom thing and tap/click to get the biggest view. File > Save as - as jpg or jpeg - giving it a name of your choice. (This step depends very much on the specific software the person has.)
