I can only tell you that this tiara was made by dismantling a diamonds and baroque pearls stomacher which had belonged to the late Queen Elena of Italy née Montenegro. It was a gift from King Umberto II to his daughter, Princess Maria Pia.
The corsage brooch worn in this photo I am not sure if it was a Savoy jewel, a Belgian property, or a Serbian heirloom, considering the family links.
