That is the Stockholm tiara. It was a wedding gift from the city of Stokolm to Pss Astrid. She is wearing it here on a visit to the Vatican (so the black dress). Not the prettiest nor the more wearable of tiaras I think.... Later the pearl top center of the tiara was detached and worn as a brooch by King Leopold's second wife Pss Lilian. Nor the tiara nor the brooch have been seen for many decades...
