Loosely held braids and hair flourishes would make for far too busy an arrangment with so many details and aspects to the Cameo Tiara IMO. HMQ Silvia understands perfectly the effect and counter-effect of coiffure and ornament. In that these antique pieces come from disparate periods which typically had voluminous hairstyles in their day the importance of wearing a supporting style that suits the individual and the hair jewel is paramount.

Brides should always be conscious also that their choices have a timeless and eternal quality, fashion being something that will date a wedding album faster than the fizz leaves a champagne flute...

I'd like to see Princess Madeleine wearing her (dark) hair in a high full arrangement, barrel curled, and sleek, a perfect foil for the pearls and light tones in the Cameo Tiara
