So far I think it's real. The large green stone can be many things but it certainly isn't expensive, and it doesn't look like imitation. The round green stones have so many inclusions and are of a lower quality that you can buy them for cheap as well, while still being real. The round yellowish and baguette colourless stones could be anything as well. Also note the cheap setting of the stones (not refined, no precious metal). Usually fakes do everything to imitate expensive jewellery, these earrings are unpretentious in that way.
