Re: (Not) The Queen's Bridge Brooch Archived Message

If that is true where are the 12 freshwater mauve-tinted pearls and the white and yellow gold ferns and grasses that make the rest of the brooch?

: I think this was discussed and decided that
: this was not that brooch.

: I must have missed this discussion and
    : haven't found (or overlooked) it. It's a big
: surprise for me, that the RJWMB experts
: don't consider this brooch being the Queen's
: Bridge; for me was no doubt, that it is that
: brooch. I would be very interested in the
: discussion, does it happen, that someone may
: provide the link? Many thanks in advance!

: Edit: I searced again and eventually found
    : the [url=

: ]thread . But after having watched again at
: the initial pic Nellie posted (in the Ascot
: thread) and the pic at QEII brooches
: website, I am more than ever convinced, that
: these two brooches are identical. Later
    : today I'll post a comparison.

: According to The Queen's Brooches has this
: brooch been given to HM in 1960 after
: opening The Queen's Bridge in Scotland.

: The Queen had been watching The Ashes on TV
: and noticed the Bowls game going on at
: Windsor so she drove over and spoke with the
    : players.
    :
: I know we have seen this brooch before but I
: cannot find notes on it.
    : Details would be appreciated.
