What a nice picture. Seeing the 'spikey' form the only options are: - the diadem from the Mellerio ruby parure - the diadem from the Borneo diamonds suite
The sharp triangle on the forehead seems to indicate the Borneo diamonds suite but it can be the angle and the poor lighting and sharpness. Most likely the Mellerio.
Great find. Impressive setting also (the large pillars and balcony).
