This well known tiara has apparently been restyled. The emerald elements in red have been removed, the round brilliants in red have been removed and presumably been repositioned as center elements, and the overall design which is indicated in green has been duplicated in the center element. ALTERNATIVELY, the tiara could originally have been made to be convertible so that the emerald and other elements could be removed and replaced as needed, but it just doesn't seem to me to be the case, although I could be wrong.
