Actually we have even seen it with no less then three ruby clusters once:
I think it created a better appearance than the devil's eye sported by Laurentien.
Three Emerald and Diamond clusters might also work on this piece. Nice Aquamarines or even Pink Topazes would be another interesting option I think.
But foremost I would like to see it - if only once - with the five stars on top and not just as brooches....
