Yes I saw a picture of Queen Elisabeth in Christophe Vachaudez book but that one was with rubies if I understood the text correctly ( I dont understand french) The only photo I have seen of Paolas brooch didnt seem to have any rubies but it was not a good photo so maybe there is.
