This photo is taken at Princess Marie Josée Wedding in 1930
Astrid Duchess de Brabant is wearing "un manteau de Cour" which was the etiquette of the Italian Royal Court. (seen last year at Queen Marie Josée's Glittering Exhibition )and a lace Veil.
I never saw another picture .
For the tiara perhaps the Nine Province in his gift version (without the Arches)?
