Yes Benita Lee, it was nearly the same pattern. Though, the one from Colombo is more flattering since the change from the lace to fabric is below the bust and not directly over it as it was in Amsterdam. This stretches the body (and beside it, I also think, The Duchess has lost some pounds ). I also prefere the pastel colours of the CGHOM Dinner over the creme/black from the pre-inauguration-dinner in the Rjiksmuseum in Amsterdam, it's so much more feminine - just my point of view, of course .
