Queen Victoria's diamond and pearl brooch.
"Another brooch that Queen Victoria left to the Crown was a large diamond-shaped design set with numerous diamonds, eight large pearls and three pendant pearl drops."

This brooch should have reverted to the Crown and been placed at the disposal of the Queen, upon her accession. However the Queen Mother retained it, and wore it often in her later years. It returned to the Queen in 2002.
