I came across a picture of Princess Irene wearing a Diamond and Ruby Fly which matches perfectly with the two other well known flies, often worn by Princess Beatrix. So there were/ are three diamond fly brooches. Current whereabouts of the third fly unknown as we only see the emerald and sapphire flies these days.
