Whilst I do not post very often (am perhaps best referred to as a lurker).
I do enjoy this board and have gained a great deal of knowledge about a large number of things. This board has reminded by that I should not view the "royal world" as only an English thing but a wider and more interesting world to delve into.
Part of the joy is reading perspectives from non English speakers especially about their native countries. This diversity creates a great and fantastic board.
Given the wide range of backgrounds, nationalities, ages and political outlooks on this board we need from time to time remember that we need to be nice to each other and respect each other.
As this board is an English language board I thank those that post in their second or third language. Whilst doing French language classes a couple of years ago I learnt the hard way that some of the language translation sites miss out on the subtleties of language and sometimes are very wrong.
So please remember to be nice, give everyone some grace and perhaps if you are not interested in a thread or find it annoying ignore it! - or better still create a new one!
