Dona Isabel diamond ring - Larger Pic Archived Message

I found on my files a larger pic of Dona Isabel's Diamond ring. It's from a HQ Tamara posted in these boards some years ago (thank you again Tamara). Dona Isabel wore this ring on the two gala events to mark the 60th anniversary of the King of Sweden in April 2006. These pics are from the second gala evening (we haven't yet discuss the "big" jewelry the Duchess wore then, stay tunned for next threads  )
I am no expert on Diamond cutting, but could this be an emerald cut? Do I see a small Diamond on the side also? A very impressive and beautiful ring this is.
And on her right hand she wore the Ceylon saphire gift ring to celebrate the birth of the Prince of Beira. Here we see it on a side view
