No, AFAIK the Cambridge Lovers Knot diadem wasn't included in the exhibition. The items on display were (according to the little book "Diamonds, a Jubilee Celebration" by Caroline de Guitaut, published by Royal Collection Trust):

    Queen Victoria's Small Diamond Crown
    The Coronation Necklace
    The Coronation Earrings
    Queen Victoria's Fringe Brooch
    Queen Alexandra's Kokoshnik Tiara
    Queen Alexandra's Coronation Fan
Queen Mary's Girls of Great Britain and Ireland Tiara ('Granny's tiara')
    The Delhi Durbar Tiara
    Jaipur Sword and Scabbard
Table Snuff Box of Frederick de Great of Prussia
    The Cullinan Diamonds III / IV / V / VI / VIII / IX
The Delhi Durbar Necklace and Cullinan VII Pendant
    The Greville Peardrop Earrrings
    The Greville Chandelier Earrings
The Queen's South Africa Necklace and Bracelets ('my best diamonds')
    The Queen's Williamson Diamond Brooch
    George IV's Diamond-hilted Sword
The Diamond Diadem (aka George IV's Diadem)

The little book is quite lovely with many pictures of the jewels on display as well as the jewels worn. And it can be purchased at a reasonable price at "The Book Depository". BD has free delivery worldwide.
