Joye, could you provide a link to Royal Magazin? Since the site has changed I can't find any of the older entries.
The image you've initially posted and this one from Royal Magazine almost look as if they originate from the same photo session with just a partial change of jewels (the pearl choker replacing a black velvet band with diamond necklace and the significant cross removed for the second photo). Even the slightly askew position of the lower necklace is repeated. In the second image it's more obvious that the tiara is not an adorned silk kokoshnik and, as Glenn pointed out, indeed looks very similar to the one of Princess Helena of Denmark.
