    I'm pretty sure you are right about Cecilie of Prussia and the sapphire parure.

    The groom's mother was no longer alive at the time of the wedding, so I guess that the lady next to the goom is the highest ranking Schaumburg-Lippe lady at the time: Princess Bathilde, and she would be wearing the beautiful tiara which is now worn by Prince Alexander's wife (as Maria Olivia said above).

    In the third row, 6th from the left:
    Princess Tyra of Denmark, I believe it is the sapphire Tiara now owned by Princess Elisabeth.

    The lady next to Princess Ingrid, in semi-profile, must be a Schaumburg-Lippe Princess. I believe that her circlet tiara was last worn by Princess Benita, mother of the current Prince Alexander.

    This picture will keep me searching for quite a while!
