What are Ceylon stones. Does it simply mean the stones are from Ceylon, or does it signify a specific kind of stones? I am unable to see what this pendant could be made of - to me it looks like a pearl necklace with a heart shaped pendant in frosted silver or something similar.
The picture is from the Nigeria visit in which Her Majesty wore lots of brooches and two necklaces seen only on that tour, never before or since.
