HI everyone I have been going through all my info on QEII's brooches. I found papers printed from a site I believe is now defunct I'm pretty sure. They had the queen's brooches listed by Amethysts, Aquamarines and etc. Under Diamonds I mentioned a brooch called Horseshoe Brooch given to the QEQM by QM. It says it is the same one as QM wore when she was young woman. The photo is from a small book I have on the QEQM; its called The Queen Mother (The Hulton Getty Picture Collection) Copyrighted 2000. I can't fine a picture credit but I will keep looking. The photo is dated Nov 1927 some months after returning from Australia and New Zealand. PJ
