Regarding the first picture in your post: this is a five-petalled flower brooch with a cluster centre which Queen Elizabeth wore in the 30's according to Leslie Field (The Queen's Jewels p. 136).
For instance, Queen Elizabeth can be seen wearing the brooch in a rather famous portrait with her two daughters. Field dates this photograph to 1936. I have a feeling, that your picture was taken at the same photo session. The Queens dress and pearl neclaces in the two pictures certainly seem identical....
