I Got to really looking at this brooch and realized a several things: 1 rounded at the top similar to shell brooch, 2 and 3 are possible Pearls, 4 it looks like a chain coming from left side of 1 down to 3. I could be wrong, but I jolt just like when I solve a mystery doing genealogy.
