There is the "Riga Rose" which GillW mentioned earlier this week. It is a large silver brooch with one, large bud (at least). However, I am not sure if it includes any precious stones.
There is also the "Tudor Rose" brooch.
I also call the flowers from the old Nizam tiara the "Nizam Roses" - I am not sure if they are or not though.
The "Centenary Rose" contains 100 diamonds but not as part of the rose itself.
The "Coral Roses" brooch - a gift from France - has diamond leaves and centers.
Any one know of any more?
