When ladies visit HH the Pope, mostly white pearls and white diamonds are worn.

I can only think of Princess Grace wearing a ruby tiara visiting the Pope and Princess Lilian of Rethy wearing emerald jewels.

Are there other (royal) ladies wearing colloured jewels ?
