    Maybe just me but I don't get the fuss over Diana's jewels, really. I don't think they were that memorable except for the Spencer Tiara and Lovers Knot Tiara and those were old pieces not even owned by her. As for the engagement ring, It might be worth a bundle but it's just a large sapphire with small diamonds. The design is proved and tested. Nothing special, again. And I understand the emotional reasoning behind giving this ring to Catherine but at the same time I can't shake the thought that it is also a symbol of a very ill matched marriage....
