    I wholeheartedly agree with you Bryce....the use of such historical pieces from Queen Victoria's circlet make the tiara very special....it's unfortunate how the design effort failed so miserably......with some additional stones, and a tweak to the design, this tiara could have been a triumph!.....who knows, maybe one day inspiration will strike the Countess of Wessex and a complete overhaul will be done.
