On another board, it was mentioned that Anne Beckwith-Smith has a sort of nobility family background, from which her tiara (and other jewel pieces) may come.
Here's a couple of pictures of Anne wearing the same tiara as a necklace and strands-of-pearls choker and pairs of earrings. Shown also was Princess Diana's badge of office for Anne (seen to be pinned to her gown in the 1st picture).
I think Anne may be the only one or at least one of two or three people who have received Diana's badge of office.
