    The brooch Pns Elizabeth wore at the Eagle launching was the multi-stone palm leaf brooch.

    The brooch, originally a gift from the then Duke of York (KGeoVI) to his wife (later QEQM) in 1928, it was re-gifted as a birthday present to Pns Elizabeth during the war.
