    In the top pic, HRH is wearing (on top) her regimetal badge of the 4th Battalion of The Rifles of which she is Royal Colonel.

    I am not 100% sure, but I think the lower badge in the first photo is a RAF badge maybe of The Gliders with whom she and the PofW visited with earlier in the day.

    In the 3rd picture, The Duchess switched to her regimental badge of the Queen's Own Rifles of Canada of which she has been Colonel-in-Chief since 2010.
