    Maria of Baviera tiara and Ligne tiara Archived Message

    You are right, it seems that unfortunately this tiara was sold sometime ago.
    It was worn as a bridal tiara by a brazilian socialite, Tamara Gontijo Rudge, at her wedding in september 2010.

    There is another tiara, I believe a Ligne tiara, that was worn by Pss Christine of Ligne (the bride's mother) at her wedding



    Pss Maria Amélia's tiara does not resemble any of these tiaras but it looks like a beautiful and imposing jewel, I wish we could find a better bigger picture of it.
