Nellie when you say 'setting' do you mean the place that she is or the gold (?) collar setting? (I don't know what term you would use for it). Or are you being humorous?
To my eyes that very simple and plain wire (is it a torque?) is anything but grand. To me grand is usually complex, intricate and detailed and this in not any of those.
