The pearl and diamond ivy-leaf brooch was already worn by Queen Victoria:
and by Queen Louise (here in 1961):
Crown Princess Victoria wore this brooch once, at the 2007 Nobel ceremony, as a pendant hooked to her diamond rivière. Interesting to note thet the "branch" of the ivy brooch (with the three pearls on the side of the leaf) seems to be removable:
