Altough Queen Amélia's documentary is not jewelry focus, it does have several pictures of her wearing her most iconic jewels: the stunning emerald wedding parure, the Aumale brooch, the fabulous long pearl sautoir gift from her husband, the riviéres, the Dom Luís diadem, the original star tiara, the saphire choker, the diamond choker now worn by Duchess Dona Isabel, and at least two brooches I'm not familiar with. Also Queen Maria Pia wearing the diamond riviéres.
Apart from the main subject of the documentary these are also very good reasons to take a look at it.

Indeed, how moving to ear HM voice...and how amazingly beautiful she still looked in her last years.
This documentary is fairly recent, it was broadcasted by a french tv channel not that long ago, but I'm not sure we will see it sometime in portuguese tv. Yes, the presidential busts discussion is so much more interesting, really.

: Indeed, she was an amazing woman (and had
: portuguese blood in her veins)
    :
: And her jewels? To me, that tiara was too
: odd, but seeing it so closely with so many
: glitter made me re-think my opinion about
    : that jewel.
: As Arthur said, it would be nice to see
: clearly the three brooches side-by-side.
    :
: I know there is a documentary from the same
: author about Queen Amelia: I never posted
: the link here because there is no direct
: connection with the topic royal jewels. But
: since you talked about it ... did you heard
: the voice of H.M at the end? For me it was
: breathtaking to hear her voice for the first
: time. How did the portuguese televisions
: never broadcasted this documentary? Oh well,
: probably they find more interesting to
: follow the discussion in the parliament
    : about the presidential busts.
