Earlier in the day, for the arrival and the visit of the city, the Queen wore an nice brooch with three cabochon sapphires, which had belonged to Queen Alexandrine, along with a pair of blue enamel earrings:
An interesting detail: among the official gifts from the Queen and the Prince Consort for the President of Croatia and the Croatian First Lady, there is a brooch! 
For the return dinner, Queen Margrethe wore an interesting set of small ruby and diamond jewels. On the fourth picture below, we can also see an interesting diamond (?) hair clip in the Queen's hair:
