Judging from the dark red colour of the six stones at the front of the choker, I would incline in favour of garnets. But I have no reliable information, it is only a visual impression.

I regret that Camilla does not wear this choker with the clasp at the back, as she did in the USA, on the pictures posted by Bryce and Maridje (thank you both!). The other side of the choker is lovely too!
