Yesterday (6th November 2014), the Duke of Cambridge and Prince Harry hosted a reception at Buckingham Palace for The Recovery Pathway (military and civilian professionals who have helped British servicemen and women that have suffered physical or psychological injuries to return to duty or make a successful transition in to civilian life).
Queen Elizabeth II attended this reception. She wore an aquamarine and diamond brooch of Art Deco style which had belonged to Queen Elizabeth the Queen Mother.

It is only the second time that Queen Elizabeth II has worn this brooch (the first time was earlier this year, on 19 June 2014, at Ascot horse races):
