I'm afraid there isn't much I can contribute regarding the jewels of Prince Carl's wives apart from repeating what I wrote further down in the other thread about the jewel worn by Countess Elsa at her wedding:
I think the (pearl and diamond?) cluster is worn as a pendant and not as brooch. The 'V'-shape of a thin chain is visible at least in the first picture, and looking at the second picture I think the style of her dress would suggest to wear a brooch on the prominent waistband and not pinned through the lowest frills if she had wanted to place it around her middle.
