The tiara that CP Victoria is wearing in the photos is called the small steel cut tiara. It appeared a few years ago but I don't recall if it the origins were ever truly determined.
The Queen is wearing a brooch/hair ornament from the cameo pauree along with the earrings. I think CP Victoria has worn the brooch in her hair before but I can't recall when.
