: Wonderful pictures, thank you very much, PJ
    : Kiser!
    :
: This is, among other, the best view I have
: ever seen of the beautiful Greville emerald
    : necklace!
    :
: On PJ Kiser's first post, first picture, we
: can also see a pearl brooch that we had
: discussed a few months ago, and which has
: not been seen for decades (it had been worn
: in the 1950s by the young Queen Elizabeth
    : II).
    :
: The pearl and diamond earrings worn on the
: 4th picture (the picture with the red poppy)
: are possibly the pair of earrings matching
: with Queen Victoria's Jubilee Necklace,
: which were retained by QEQM after 1937
    : (according to Leslie Field).
    :
: The sapphire and diamond brooch worn by QEQM
: on the 5th picture of PJ's first post,
    : " a large six-petalled flower with a
: central cluster of diamonds ", was an
: anniversary gift from King George VI
    : (source: Field).
: This brooch as inherited by Queen Elizabeth
: II and has been worn a few times, notably at
: the Commonwealth meeting in Perth,
    : Australia, in October 2011:

: Thanks for more great pictures PJ. Your pictures of the Queen Mother1s sapphire brooch have made one thing crystal clear, she used her brooches in many different ways, besides on her shoulder & hats, we have seen them on her pearls & now even on a handbag!
