Crown Princess Mary looks enchanting in her Carla Zampatti (an Australian designer) dress. Her magnificent ruby parure, combined with this shell pink fabric, is stunning.
Personally, I am glad that the Crown Princess has had the parure adjusted so that she can wear it in various configurations. On the other hand, I am also glad that, at least once - for a New Year's gala, she has worn the necklace in the previous style. It is a beautiful jewel, no matter which way the Crown Princess chooses to wear it. Without the drops, she can wear it with various styles of dresses, and so we get the pleasure of seeing it more often, even if not in the original grand style.
