I think that Grand-Duchess Louise of Baden is wearing the heart-shaped palmette diamond tiara, which is now in Queen Margrethe II of Denmark's collection (through Queen Victoria of Sweden, King Gustaf VI Adolf of Sweden and Queen Ingrid of Denmark):
