Thank you all for the pictures. Lady Sarah has clearly worn more of her late mother´s jewellery than I remembered.
I believe most of the floral brooches are from the wedding tiara. It can be taken apart to form various brooches, and worn in different ways they will look slightly different. The tiara was worn by Lady Sarah´s half-sister for her wedding, so it might have been owned by her father (not Princess Margaret), but it has obviously been inherited by Lady Sarah.
